Two-component cement mortar bonding reinforcer
YJ-302 Concreteen bonding agent is a two-component cement mortar bonding reinforcer. It is a two-component emulsion based on water-emulsion epoxy.
GENERAL
YJ-302 Concreteen bonding agent is a two-component cement mortar bonding reinforcer. It is a two-component emulsion based on water-emulsion epoxy. This product can be applied to a variety of substrates such as smooth concrete, decorative brick board, metal, wood, plastic and so on.
Application
Ⅰ. Cement self-leveling interface treatment: Used for the base treatment before the construction of cement self-leveling ground , it can improve the bonding strength of self-leveling and the base；
Ⅱ. New and old concrete connection: Used for construction joints, beam column reinforcement, old foundation transformation of new and old concrete connection, make shear strength increased 3 times;
Ⅲ. Smooth base plastering: Replace smooth concrete surface alkali washing oil removal, artificial daubing and other processes, can improve the adhesion of more than 6 times;
Ⅳ. Brick plate paste: Directly paste large brick plate by interface coating or with high adhesive mortar,also can paste new brick on the old brick；
Ⅴ. Concrete repair and surface protection: Used for concrete and steel surface protection, prevent deterioration and corrosion;
Ⅵ. Oil or sand base treatment: Base with sand or a small amount of oil can be directly coated or plastering treatment;
Ⅶ. Waterproof, moistureproof, and anticorrosion: Damp base construction available, also can be used as the moisture isolation layer of oil coating, bonded firmly with polyurethane coating.
FEATURE
With outstanding adhesion, water resistance, heat resistance, and excellent freezing-thawing resistance performance, it not only can be in wet base construction, and also without toxic pollution.
Because of its use of coating processing technology, simple construction and less dosage,YJ-302 has been widely used in the fields of building decoration, old building renovation, moisture-proof and waterproof.

Construction process
1. Key points of construction technology
Ⅰ.Glue configuration: Prepare the glue with component A: component B =1∶1 (weight ratio) ;
Ⅱ.Base requirements: Pick out the loose part of the concrete base surface, sweep or wash the floating ash on floor by water. Allow the concrete base damp or there is a mold release agent on the template, but there can not be clear water or a large amount of oil accumulation.
2. Notes
Ⅰ.The taking containers of component A and b should be used separately, and the ingredients should not be too much each time. The glue should be used up within 2-3 hours.
Ⅱ.During storage, components A and B shall not be mixed, and storage temperature shall not be less than 5℃, the storage period is 12 months.
Ⅲ. If water precipitates out of component A, the performance will not be affected after mix well use.

Usage
Coating the interface agent to the prepared base surface with a soft brush (glue: water =1∶3~4) brush second times when it's dry (glue: water =1; 1). Brush evenly to avoid liquid accumulation, then self-leveling construction can be carried out.

Usage
Coating method (Plastering while it's wet)
Ⅰ. Evenly brush the prepared treatment agent on the base surface with a brush;
Ⅱ. Immediately wipe cement mortar or concrete while it's wet.
Ⅲ. In summer construction, if the surface dries too fast after treating agent brushed, the base can be soaked with water and then brush treating agent.

Usage
Gigging method (Plastering while it's dry)
Ⅰ. Prepared thin mortar in proportion;
Ⅱ. Brush on the concrete base by brushes, brooms and other tools to make surface rough, and then plaster after hardening;
Ⅲ. This method applies to formwork and reinforcing bar obstacles and the new and old concrete connection.

Usage
Coating method
Ⅰ. In addition to adding a brushing process, the brick pasting construction is carried out in accordance with traditional methods;
Ⅱ. Do not soak the brick in water;
Ⅲ. Brush an interface agent on the back of the brick , then wipe the cement mortar immediately to paste.

Usage
Mixing Method
Ⅰ. Surface brick, granite and other brick plates can be directly pasted with the mortar which mixed by diluted interface treatment agent and cement sand;
Ⅱ. When directly pasting the new surface brick on coating metope such as old ceramic tile or polyurethane, use "Gigging method" to make coating metope or old ceramic tile rough surface, then wait for hardening, finally use "Mixing method" to paste with prepared mortar;Pay attention to old ceramic tile or metope should not have loose bulge and peeling.

Usage
Prepared into thin or thick slurry, evenly coated with clean concrete base. The first layer with thin slurry, the 2nd, 3 with thick slurry. Concrete protection brush 2 layers, waterproof and moistureproof need brush 2 to 3 layers, at least 4 hours between each layers (after waiting for a dry).

Usage
Remove the loose dust and sand that have fallen off the ground. Brush a layer with adhesive solution, then brush the sand ground 1-2 times with prepared mortar, finally sprinkle cement to press it smooth.
Packaging and storage
Plastic drum packaging, 20kg/ drum; Storage indoor with positive temperature, keep cool, dry and ventilated. The storage period is 12 months.
